Order Cancellation / Modification

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed through our website.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A full uncut video of the parcel opening is provided as proof (mandatory for all claims).

Eligible exchange reasons: Received wrong item, defective, or incorrect variant – we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement.

Non-eligible or customer-error cases: Wrong variant, color, or model ordered by customer – shipping charges may apply. If issue caused by customer handling – you must ship the product at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be processed within 24 hours.

Return & Refund Policy

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
  • Return request includes parcel opening video proof.

If issue is from our side (wrong or defective item): Free pickup will be arranged and store credit/exchange processed after inspection.

If issue is customer-related (wrong choice or no defect): Customer must ship the item back. Handling or shipping fees may apply.

Refund / Store Credit Processing

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns/exchanges will be issued as store credit within 3–5 business days after inspection. Store credit can be used for future purchases at BHARAT TECH.

Important Terms

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, physical impact, or water exposure.
  • Products must include original accessories and packaging.
  • Exchanges are applicable for all gadget products and must be for the same model/variant.
  • Check specifications, color, and compatibility carefully before placing your order.
